After joining a national real estate firm in 2015 and quickly becoming a top-producing Broker, Paula received numerous rewards and recognition for her outstanding results and exceptional client service.
In 2021, Paula took the next step in her professional journey by opening her own independent real estate brokerage alongside her business partner, Suzette Fox. Together, they built a woman-owned, faith-based brokerage that is 100% New Mexico owned and operated — free from corporate oversight. Their independent model allows them to focus entirely on their clients, values, and community.
Prior to her real estate career, Paula served as Division President for Stewart Title, overseeing both the Los Alamos and Santa Fe offices. Her fourteen years in the title insurance industry provided extensive experience in complex transactions, including trusts, estates, and probate. This background gives her clients a significant advantage, especially when navigating intricate or sensitive real estate matters.
Paula uses her knowledge, leadership, and strategic insight to help buyers and sellers move forward with confidence. She is passionate about guiding families through the selling process and equally dedicated to empowering buyers through every step of purchasing a home. A proud graduate of New Mexico State University, where she earned her degree in Agricultural Business and Economics, Paula met her husband, Greg Glover, a Los Alamos native. Together, they have two daughters and remain actively involved in the community they are honored to call home.
